The most beautiful time of year is upon us! There's no better time than now to start practicing. Whether you're totally new, or just reigniting, we have a practice to fit your needs. It was a wonderful summer in Bellingham, but we are ready to bring on the fall! This upcoming season will be packed with all your favorite classes, new workshops and some studio upgrades. 


Yin is coming to Monday Nights!

 

Starting this November we will be adding a Yin class to the schedule on Monday nights, from 7:30pm-8:30pm. This class has become so popular that we couldn't resist bringing it to another weeknight. You now have 3 chances, each week to slow down and dive deep through this profound practice. Designed to calm the mind, while creating space and stability in the body. It is known to decrease stress and boost your immunity.  By adding Yin to your yoga practice, you will discover true balance of the mind and body. We hope to see you there!
