WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR PRACTICE: I was training for the 2015 Bellingham Bay Marathon, to honor my 5th cancerversary. My right hip was cranky. My training partner practiced yoga a few times a week and suggested I try it. My gym offered gentle yoga class that Julie Finley was subbing. With yoga, my hip calmed down and I completed two marathons the Fall of 2015. Julie told me about Elements and a 40 Days to Personal Revolution class that was starting January 2016. I signed up, fully committed and met some amazing people.
ARE YOU CURRENTLY FACING ANY CHALLENGES WITHIN YOUR PRACTICE: I wish I could do and learn more. So I suppose my struggle is that I need to find peace with where I am.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR YOGA PRACTICE: I love that it helps me pursue a healthier body, mind and spirit. It has become so much more than a fitness class for me. (The yoga books I own and the yoga podcasts I subscribe to!)
