Power Vinyasa Yoga

Our Power Vinyasa is inspired by Baron Baptiste's Methodology. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". Vinyasa Yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. The movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, resulting in why this practice is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. This is an exciting dynamic class. You learn to unite your breath with your movement, experiencing them as one fluid motion. This class ignites inner fire, sculpts the body, builds your core, develops flexibility, strength and endurance.

Hatha Yoga

A healing yet intensely challenging 90-minute or 60-minute class done in a heated room. This series derived from Patanjali’s original 84 postures is designed to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, gland, nerve and joint in the body, while building strength, flexibility and balance. This class is also a tremendous calorie-burner that detoxifies the body, leaving you invigorated yet calm. I call it "the reset button".

Perfect for beginners yet this series remains challenging for the advanced student and there's always room for growth. This style of yoga uses no props, blocks or straps. You will build and transform your body organically just by showing up and doing the best that you can.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for comparatively long periods of time--five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Thus allowing us to work into the deep tissues of the body and promote opening in areas where we carry any stiffness or tightness. This style is a perfect balance to both the Hatha and Power Vinyasa classes we offer.
