  • Metal Yoga W/ Laura

    Friday, October 24, 4:30pm-5:30pm

    Turn up the volume and move with intention. This powerful, music-driven practice blends yoga flow with the energy of heavy metal — creating space to release tension, build strength, and find balance through intensity. Laura will guide you through mindful movement that channels the music’s rhythm into grounded focus and empowered expression. Whether you’re a metal fan or just curious to try something new, this class invites you to let go, move boldly, and leave feeling centered, strong, and recharged.

  • Yin & Reiki

    Saturday, October 25, 7:00pm-9:00pm

    Treat yourself to two hours of deep restoration and healing. In this special workshop, Laura will guide you through a grounding Yin Yoga practice—long, supported holds that gently open the body and calm the mind. As you settle into each posture, Francie will provide Reiki energy healing and soothing sound accompaniments to enhance relaxation and energetic balance. To enhance your experience, optional hands-on assists, calming essential oils, and warm tea will be available throughout the practice. This unique blend of Yin, Reiki, and sound offers a chance to release tension on every level—physical, mental, and emotional—leaving you feeling nourished, restored, and reconnected. All levels welcome. No experience with yoga or Reiki is necessary.

  • Sounds of Gratitude

    Saturday, November 1st, 7:00pm-8:15pm

    Experience a deeply restorative and relaxing soundscape with Kristi carrying you deeper into your heart space and the expression of gratitude. Kristi will guide you through gentle breath awareness to settle your mind/body, create and offer you an intentional soundscape to connect you to your heart center and your inner landscape of peacefulness. We will explore a guided gratitude practice and the benefits of consciously cultivating a mindset of thankfulness and appreciation for the world around you. Free your heart with the practice of gratitude.

    Please bring your own yoga mat and plenty of padding to be comfortable while reclined,. Bring a cozy blanket & small pillow for your maximum comfort; wear something comfortable to relax in.

  • Restorative w/Janessa

    Saturday, November 8th, 7:00pm-8:30pm

    Give yourself the gift of stillness with our special once-a-month restorative yoga class. This 90-minute practice is all about slowing down, letting go, and allowing your body and mind to fully reset. Supported by props, you’ll melt into gentle postures that encourage deep release, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out. Each month, one of our experienced teachers will guide you through a calming journey of rest and renewal. Sometimes you’ll see a familiar face, and other times you may get to experience a new perspective and style—always grounded in compassion and care. If you’re craving quiet, relaxation, and a chance to truly unwind, this class is for you.
