Warm Restorative w/ Emily & Taylor

Slow down, let go, and reset. This special 90-minute class is designed to deeply relax your body and calm your mind. With the support of props, you’ll settle into gentle postures that release tension, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out. Each month, a different teacher brings their own soothing style and insight, always rooted in compassion and care. If you’re craving quiet, comfort, and a full-body unwind, this class is for you.
