To keep our space peaceful and respectful, please review our studio etiquette and policies before your first class.

BEFORE CLASS

  • Arrive early to settle in.

  • Leave shoes and strong scents (perfume/cologne) at the door.

  • Only bare, clean feet in the lobby and studio.

  • No late entries—class starts on time!

  • Stay for the whole class. If you need to leave, give the teacher a thumbs-up.

  • Follow the teacher’s lead; if doing your own flow, please practice in the back.

  • Don’t use mirrors for balancing poses; use the wall.

  • Only bring your mat, towel, and water into the room.

  • No phones or smartwatches—silence and stash them before entering.

AFTER CLASS

  • Wipe your space and return props neatly.

  • Keep the yoga room quiet. Chat with friends in the lobby!

  • Have fun and ask questions—we’re here for you.

Studio Policies

Class Schedule: Subject to change—check the live schedule or app for updates.

Cashless Studio: Credit/debit cards only.

Prepay Required: All classes must be paid for ahead of time.

All Sales Final: No refunds or transfers. Class packs are shareable.

Lost & Found: We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Class Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a late-cancel fee. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged one class or a $15 fee for unlimited members. Doors close 5-10 minutes after class starts for safety — no late entry.
