By accessing or using our website, booking services, or participating in classes, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, purchasing services, or attending classes, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Class Policies

• Class reservations and purchases are made through MarianaTek and are subject to availability.

• All sales are final. No refunds or transfers unless otherwise specified.

• Late arrivals may be denied entry to maintain class integrity.

• Studio etiquette—including respect for instructors, staff, and fellow practitioners—must be observed at all times.

3. Memberships, Cancellations, and Suspensions

• Memberships auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

• To cancel, members must submit a cancellation request at least 30 days prior to their next billing date.

• Suspensions (freezes) also require 30 days’ notice and are available only after 3 full months of membership. Suspended memberships cannot be canceled until reactivated for at least one full billing cycle.

• No-shows and late cancellations may incur fees; please check class-specific cancellation windows in MarianaTek.

• Elements Hot Yoga reserves the right to update pricing, membership terms, and cancellation policies at any time.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

• By participating in any class, you acknowledge that yoga and fitness activities carry inherent risks.

• You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being. Consult a physician before starting any program.

• Elements Hot Yoga and its instructors are not liable for injuries, health conditions, or lost/stolen items.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site, including logos, images, and class materials, belongs to Elements Hot Yoga and cannot be used without permission.

6. Amendments & Contact

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to any changes.
