What to Expect
Four days in the Mojave desert designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself — through daily yoga, private chef meals, playful connection, and a closing ritual at the Integratron.

❋ The Villa, Your WayA saltwater pool, cold plunge, hot tub, fire pit, and hammocks are yours throughout the retreat. Swim, soak, nap, or do absolutely nothing.
❋ Optional Desert ExplorationJoin an optional group hike through Joshua Tree National Park to take in the landscape beyond the villa.

Gaia Villa, Joshua Tree
A private estate set in one of the most energetically charged landscapes in the American Southwest — ancient boulders, towering Joshua trees, and desert foliage that has adapted and endured in ways that feel quietly instructive. A 4,000-square-foot property, just 15 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park. Large enough to breathe, intimate enough to connect.
Every space on the property, indoors and out, has been considered for how it makes you feel — from where you practice to where you gather at the end of the day.
Two Yoga SpacesAn air-conditioned indoor studio and an open-air pavilion surrounded by native desert landscape — for practice in any mood or weather.
Places to GatherSix guest rooms across the main and upper levels, plus hammocks, a fire pit, expansive patios, and a rooftop deck where the desert sky opens wide above you.
Resort-Style WellnessA saltwater pool with grotto waterfall, jacuzzi, cold plunges, and a walking labyrinth, all just steps from your room.
Not included: travel to/from Joshua Tree (flights, ground transport, personal expenses).

How It Works

Complete the registration form in about five minutes. Have your emergency contact information ready, along with a sense of which room you'd prefer.

Rooms are assigned in the order registrations are received. We'll confirm your room within 24 hours and send you a deposit payment link by email.

Pay your $550 deposit within 48 hours of receiving the link. Your booking isn't confirmed until the deposit is received — if payment isn't made in time, your spot may be offered to the next guest on the waitlist.

The remaining balance is split into two stages: 50% due November 1, 2026, and the final balance due February 1, 2027. Pay by card via Stripe (3% fee) or Zelle (no fee).

Submit final dietary, allergy, and health information by March 11, 2027, so we can prepare everything around you.

Check-in April 11 at 4:30pm. Check-out April 14 at 10:00am, then group travels to the Integratron for the closing sound bath at 12:00pm.

Yes — solo guests are welcome and common; just pick a room preference at registration.

Yes. Laura has 10+ years teaching across all levels; "challenging yet accessible" is her approach.

Warm days, cool evenings — layers essential. Movement clothes, sun protection, swimsuit, hiking/walking shoes (optional hike), warm layer for fire pit evenings. Full packing list sent after confirmation.

Chef accommodates both animal-protein and vegetarian at every meal. Note requirements on the form. Limited dedicated fridge space available for personal dietary items (not general snack storage).

$550 deposit is non-refundable but transferable (see full terms). Details below.

16+. Guests 16–17 must attend with a registered parent, share their parent's room, and may not consume alcohol. Organizer may confirm age at check-in.

Only the sommelier-curated wine at dinners is permitted; no outside alcohol, no illegal substances. Non-compliance can result in removal without refund.
Cancellation & Terms
Deposit & Payments
Deposit ($550) and installments are non-refundable, except via an approved guest transfer.
Transfers
Find a replacement guest who completes registration and pays all amounts you've already paid; you're refunded once their payment clears. No transfers after March 1, 2027.
Unused Portions
No refunds for unused portions once the retreat begins. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Health or Family Emergency
Refunds cannot be guaranteed, but the Organizer will try to find a replacement guest.
Organizer Cancellation
If the Organizer cancels due to low enrollment, all payments will be refunded in full within 14 days.
Force Majeure
Payments are converted to a non-transferable credit, usable within 18 months. Cash refunds are not issued in this circumstance.
