Noosh Black
Yoga Teacher
For more than twenty years, yoga has been a steady thread woven through Noosh's life. Through seasons of adventure, loss, reinvention, motherhood, and growth, the practice has continually brought her back to what matters most.
Noosh teaches Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and breathwork with a focus on nervous system support, embodied awareness, and the wisdom that emerges when we create space to slow down. Her classes blend thoughtful anatomy, mindfulness, philosophy, and gentle curiosity in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and welcoming to all levels.
Before becoming a teacher, Noosh worked in journalism, film, tourism, and marketing while guiding surf and yoga experiences throughout Hawaiʻi and abroad. After spending thirteen years in Hawaiʻi, she developed a deep respect for the relationship between people, place, and practice. Those experiences, along with a lifelong love of storytelling, continue to shape the way she holds space today. She is also a practitioner of WeaponUp Sword Yoga, a moving meditation that cultivates focus, presence, and intentional movement.
Noosh believes transformation rarely comes from pushing harder. More often, it emerges through presence, patience, and a willingness to stay with ourselves. Her hope is that students leave class feeling more grounded, more spacious, and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
