Meet the Team
Taylor Hudson
Yoga Teacher | E-RYT 200
I am passionate about yoga as a means to embody self care and acceptance. Self care as an act of dedicating quality time to oneself through intentional breathwork, movement, and rest. Self acceptance as an understanding that every time someone rolls out their mat and shifts into practice that each session is a place to evolve. Everyday we feel different and our bodies feel different. The journey of yoga is always alongside you through every season. I believe that is truly such a gift we can give ourselves.
My path to yoga began in my teens, my mother took me to my first class. I spent the majority of my childhood in dance. Movement has always been an important outlet for me. When I left dance in my early teens I found myself feeling disconnected from my body; yoga became the bridge that led me back. It was through this practice that I cultivated the mindfulness, discipline, and somatic awareness that continue to ground me today.
By fostering a supportive community, respecting the lineage, and upholding personal responsibility, we become better equipped to show up for others. That is the gift we share and receive with yoga. Whether through restorative practices, creative transitions between postures or functional movement, my goal is to provide you with the tools to feel joyful and curious in your personal practice.
