Lauren Vanee
Yoga Teacher
Hi, I’m Lauren Vanee! I’ve been teaching yoga sculpt, strength, and HIIT classes for over three years and leading fitness classes for more than five. Movement has been a big part of my life, and I love creating fun, energizing classes that help people feel strong, confident, and empowered.
I’m also a mental health therapist and deeply believe in the connection between mind and body. I’m passionate about building community through fitness and love watching people fall in love with their niche form of joyful movement that brings them life. Movement can be powerful and grounding, while also lighthearted and joyful—and I try to bring all of that into my classes.
You can expect high energy, loud music, and a class that feels more like a dance party than a workout. I love syncing movement to the beat, and there will always be a 2000s hip-hop throwback mixed in somewhere. My goal is to help you feel strong, have fun, and leave class smiling.
