Important Cancellation Info

  • Memberships can be canceled any time after your first 3 months.

  • We require at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date.

  • Cancellations must be submitted via this form and cannot be processed while your membership is on hold.

You’ll first receive an auto-confirmation when your request is submitted. Then, one of our team members will email you with final confirmation and the effective cancellation date.

Exceptions

We waive the 30-day notice for:

  • Medical disability

  • Pregnancy

  • Military transfer or deployment

To qualify for an exception, submit this form at least 48 hours before your next billing date, and upload documentation (like a doctor’s note or military orders).
