We get it, sometimes life calls for a break.
Whether you're traveling, healing, or just need some time off, we're happy to help you temporarily pause your membership.
To suspend your membership, just fill out the form below.
Please provide at least 5 days’ notice before your next billing date to ensure the suspension is processed on time.
Suspension Policy Overview
5 business days’ notice is required before your next billing date.
Membership can be suspended once per calendar year for 30–90 days.
Your payments will automatically restart after the freeze ends unless you request an earlier reactivation.
Memberships cannot be canceled while suspended. Your account must be active for one full month after your final payment before cancellation.
We do not offer prorated refunds or membership extensions during suspensions.
