  • Spring Into Arm Balances with Carri

    Saturday 5/31 | 11am-1pm

    Arm Balances can be empowering and humbling. We often have the "option" for these striking poses in class, but don’t always have time to break them down and learn specific techniques to help you master the moment. 

    In this 2 hr. workshop you will learn the basic foundations of Arm Balances like Bakasana (Crow), Side Crow, Koundinyasana (Hurdler's), Tittibhasana (Firefly) and Astavakrasana (Eight Angle). You will have time to ask questions, play and learn tips and tricks for getting into these powerful poses. This is not an “advanced” workshop. You do not have to be able to do these poses in order to participate. Beginner’s welcome!

  • Restorative Yoga with Emily

    Friday 5/23 | 6:00–7:30 PM

    Take a break from the bustle and drop into a deeply calming and grounding experience. Emily's Restorative Yoga class is designed to soothe the nervous system and help you reconnect with your inner stillness. Through long-held, fully supported postures and guided meditation, you'll gently release tension and restore balance in both body and mind.

    Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this class offers a warm (but not heated), welcoming space to fully unwind and restore. Optional enhancements like hands-on assists, eye pillows, and essential oil spray create a sensory-rich experience tailored to your comfort.
